For much of my life, I have been fascinated by a simple question: How do we bring people together to create something better than any of us could create alone?

That question has shaped my work as an educator, nonprofit leader, board member, community convener, and now as the author of A Bridge Within.

I created this community for people who believe connection matters, opportunity matters, and leadership begins within. I hope you'll join us.
